Carl J. Lumley Selected For
“Best Lawyers In America” 2012

Carl J. Lumley, principal and partner at Curtis Heinz Garrett and O’Keefe, was recently named to the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®. He is recognized for practice work in the areas of communications law and energy law.

Carl concentrates his practice in the representation of local government; utilities, telecommunications and video; business transactions; construction; employment matters; estate planning; probate, trust and estate administration; real estate; trials and appeals; and alternative dispute resolution.  He has served as city attorney for the City of Creve Coeur since 2003.  He received his J.D. in 1985 from Washington University School of Law and his B.A. in 1982 from University of Dallas.  Lumley was also recognized in Best Lawyers 2010 in communications law and energy law.
