Four attorneys join Curtis, Heinz, Garrett
and O’Keefe – Firm expands local government,
real estate, family law and education practices

St. Louis, Mo. – Curtis Heinz Garrett and O’Keefe, PC, announced today that attorneys Robert C. Jones (now deceased), Robert E. Jones, Alexa Hart-Lorenz and Adam R. Lorenz have joined the firm. They expand the firm’s local government and education practices as well as contribute to its litigation, real estate, family law and tax practices. The firm now represents over 25 cities in the St. Louis region on a regular basis, and handles matters for many other cities throughout Missouri and Illinois by special engagement.

Robert E. Jones handles municipal, real estate, condominium and commercial litigation matters. He has served as the prosecuting attorney of the City of Sunset Hills since 1995, and city attorney of the City of Ballwin since 2007. In addition, he was zoning commissioner in 1996, Municipal Court Judge from 1997 to 1999 and mayor from 1999 to 2005 of the City of Ballwin. He received his J.D. in 1985 from Washington University School of Law and his B.A. in 1982 from Southern Methodist University.

Alexa Hart-Lorenz practices family law and tax litigation. She received her J.D. in 2002 from Washington University School of Law, and a B.A. in communications from St. Louis University in 1999.

Adam R. Lorenz handles municipal matters and commercial litigation. He received his J.D. in 2002 from Washington University School of Law, and a B.A. in political science from Webster University in 1999.
